Make sure before submitting or signing up, you read and
understand the rules. Some sites have very strict rules
and some don't. If you are unsure if your site is acceptable,
email the webmaster and ask. It is better to ask than it
is to get blacklisted. Some TGP owners get lots of gallery
submissions each day and will blacklist anyone that breaks
their rules
